Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Product Deployment Specialist to lead end-to-end deployment and configuration of business travel POS tools for clients, combining project management with deep travel platform knowledge.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, track milestones, mitigate risks, and tailor solutions using GDS platforms like Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus, while maintaining strong client relationships and reporting progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall experience, including at least 24 consecutive months working with OBT platforms and hands-on GDS systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder deployment projects with tight timelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience across cross-functional teams and client relationship management at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end deployment and configuration of business travel POS tools for offline travel bookings.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to gather data elements for system configurations; act as central contact.
• Tracking milestones, identifying risks, and developing mitigation plans with teams.
• Providing tailored solutions leveraging GDS platforms for client requirements.
• Maintaining relationships with clients, Account Executives, General Managers, and Operations teams.
• Supporting integration and configuration of Online Booking Tools to align with client programs.
• Utilising Salesforce and Freshservice to track deployment activities and report progress.
