Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Product Deployment Specialist to lead the deployment and configuration of business travel POS tools for clients, aligning data, milestones, and risks across teams. You will leverage GDS platforms to deliver tailored configurations and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires deep knowledge of Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus, plus 5+ years in OBT-focused deployments and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience with at least 24 consecutive months on OBT platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre and/or Galileo and/or Amadeus) is essential; Apollo is a strong advantage.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder deployment projects with tight timelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience in travel management company operations, partnerships, and service providers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment and configuration of business travel POS tools for offline bookings.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather data for system configurations.
• Track milestones, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide tailored solutions for client requirements using GDS platforms for best-fit configurations.
• Maintain relationships with clients, Account Executives, General Managers, and Operations teams.
• Support integration and configuration of Online Booking Tools (OBTs) such as Concur, DEEM, GetThere, and others.
• Utilize Salesforce and Freshservice to track deployment activities and report progress.
