Job summary

ECCO Sko A/S in Warsaw is seeking a Travel & Expense Specialist (Procure to Pay) to ensure accurate and timely processing of all travel and expense activities. You will administer the T&E system and support employees with related queries, while working within a mature, international finance environment.

Housed in ECCO’s Global Business Services hub, the team focuses on process excellence, digital tools, and cross-country coordination to support ECCO entities worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience as Accounts Payables Accountant or T&E Specialist in an international company or SSC.
• SAP and SAP Concur experience preferred.
• Very good communication in English; other European languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit employee expense reports, credit card transactions, and out-of-pocket expenses in accordance with policies and SLAs.
• Manage employee expenses and corporate card processes, including monitoring, follow-up, reconciliations and compliance controls.
• Provide timely support to T&E users by resolving system, process, and policy queries and ensuring a positive user experience.
• Communicate with employees and stakeholders to resolve topics, maintain data accuracy, and ensure smooth execution of T&E processes.
• Assist with process improvements, projects, system enhancements, and new implementations by testing, validating changes, and updating documentation.

The Travel & Expense Specialist (Procure to Pay) ensures all travel and expenses are processed and paid accurately and timely, acts as an administrator for the T&E system and supports employees with matters related to T&E

Responsibilities

• Processes and audits of employee expense reports, credit card transactions, and out-of-pocket expenses in accordance with company policies, controls, and service level agreements. Ensures accurate validation, posting, allocation, correction, and reconciliation of transactions within Travel & Expense systems and SAP Concur, SRXP and SAP
• Manages employee expenses and corporate card processes, including transaction monitoring, follow-up on outstanding items, card administration, reconciliations, and compliance controls
• Provides timely and professional support to Travel & Expense users by resolving system, process, and policy-related queries, ensuring effective issue resolution and a positive user experience
• Communicates and collaborates with employees and stakeholders to resolve outstanding topics, maintain data accuracy, and ensure smooth execution of Travel & Expense processes
• Supports process improvements, projects, system enhancements, and new implementations by performing testing, validating process changes, and updating relevant documentation and administrative task

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as an Accounts Payables Accountant or T&E Specialist, preferably working within an international company or SSC serving multiple countries
• SAP, SAP Concur experience preferred
• Very good communication in English (written and spoken). Any other European languages will be an asset
• Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Team player with good communication skills
