Job summary

Philips is seeking an International Mobility Coordinator to support global mobility programs and international assignments across Philips. You will be the main contact for employees, managers, HR and external vendors, ensuring a smooth relocation experience for assignees and families.

You will coordinate end-to-end assignments, immigration, tax, health insurance, education support and training while maintaining accurate records and optimizing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Admin, International Business or related field.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience in International Mobility, relocation services, immigration, taxes and education support.
• 3–5 years in a multinational HR environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for international assignees and families.
• Coordinate end-to-end international assignments and relocations across immigration, destination services, tax, social security, education, health insurance and cultural training.
• Develop expertise in mobility policies, processes and programs with stakeholders.
• Process and administer assignments and relocation records.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, programs and policies.
• Advise HR colleagues, managers and employees on mobility matters.
