Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Transformation Director to lead strategic initiatives in the banking sector. You will leverage extensive project management knowledge to drive business value, align with objectives, and contribute to overall project success.

In this role, you will work in a hybrid environment with teams in Cracow and Warsaw, guiding cross-functional groups, negotiating resources, and mentoring project professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in project management within the banking sector.
• Experience with SAS Analytics and its applications in project management.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage diverse teams to deliver projects.
• Advanced level of English.

• Leading the planning and execution of projects within the banking sector, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards
