Job summary

Demant Group in Szczecin invites you to join the Transfer Pricing team within Group Tax. You will work as part of the Group Tax/TP team in Szczecin, contributing to transfer pricing across the Demant Group and collaborating with colleagues in Poland, Denmark and other countries.

The role focuses on data-driven transfer pricing work, documentation, audits, and continuous process improvements using technology and AI. The position supports flexible work arrangements and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as in-house transfer pricing specialist or from an advisory firm.
• Master's degree in business administration, law, economics or related field.
• Good communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong time management, proactive and organized work style.
• Willingness to travel abroad, including frequent travel to Denmark.
• Experience with extracting data from Cubes, group consolidation systems, and ERP systems.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power BI, Adobe Acrobat Pro, PowerPoint, SharePoint; Copilot usage is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Country-by-Country reports and global TP documentation.
• Set up global management fees including data collection and calculations.
• Prepare local TP files for group companies using TP tool.
• Maintain data and analyses in TP documentation tool.
• Support TP audits with local finance teams.
• Collaborate with TP colleagues in Szczecin, Denmark, and other Demant locations.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Country-by-Country Report for the Group, including both non-public and public reports in EU and Australia
• Global Management fee set-up (collection of data, calculations, documentation)
• Preparing Transfer Pricing documentation (local files) for selected Demant Group Companies using our transfer pricing tool.
• Updating and maintaining data, descriptions, and analyses in our Transfer Pricing documentation tool.
• TP audit (assisting local finance teams)
• Ad hoc transfer pricing tasks.
• Working closely together with the TP assistant and the TP controller located in Szczecin – and Transfer Pricing Specialists located in Denmark.

• Experience from a similar position as inhouse transfer pricing specialist or from an advisory firm.
• Educational background as Master of business administration, law, economics or other relevant education.
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

• Well organized and detailed oriented way of working.
• Self-driven attitude
• Readiness to travel abroad – including frequent travels to Denmark.
• Experience working with extracting data from Cubes, group consolidation systems, and ERP systems. You are also expected to be an experienced user of Word, Excel, Power Bi, Adobe Acrobat Pro, PowerPoint, SharePoint, including use of Copilot.

On that position you will be working with Head of Transfer Pricing - Gitte Tarum Gurskov
