Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of high-quality Rulebook configuration solutions for client projects
- Translate complex business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions and documentation
- Act as a senior hands-on contributor across configuration, review, testing, and deployment phases
- Support client delivery activities including workshops, UAT, pre-sales demos, and proof-of-concepts
- Apply best-practice SDLC methodologies (Agile / Waterfall) and promote continuous improvement
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level configurators, raising overall technical capability
- Collaborate closely with Consultants, Supervisors, Delivery Leads, and Product teams to shape effective solutions
Qualifications
Must have:
- Strong experience in a senior technical role delivering complex configuration, rules-based, pricing, or data-driven systems
- Proven ability to translate business and functional requirements into well-designed technical solutions
- Solid experience working across the full software development lifecycle (Agile and/or Waterfall)
- Demonstrated hands-on technical leadership on delivery projects, acting as a senior contributor rather than a people manager
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers, developers, or configuration specialists
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to quality and detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in enterprise software environments with structured delivery and governance
Nice To Have:
- Experience with rules engines, configuration frameworks, or low-/no-code platforms
- Exposure to pricing, analytical, financial, or data-centric systems
- Experience operating in client-facing delivery roles
- Insurance or regulated-industry experience (beneficial but not required)

Hybrid Model
This is a hybrid model role, including at least two days per week in the Kraków office.
