Are you a law student or law graduate? Do you have a strong interest in legal research and clear, business‑friendly writing? Do you enjoy working with diverse stakeholders and turning legal requirements into practical solutions?

In this role you will:

  • Assist Operations teams (under senior Legal supervision) with queries related to clients’ corporate structure matters, including letters of authority, board/shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, and related corporate authorisations.
  • Conduct legal research (doctrine and case law) and produce clear, structured summaries highlighting key considerations for senior Legal review.
  • Prepare initial drafts of procurement/contracting documentation using approved templates and guidance, incorporating feedback from senior team members.
  • Perform initial analysis of HR‑related queries by identifying key issues, gathering background information, and preparing a preliminary view for senior Legal review.
  • Support knowledge materials and stakeholder enablement by creating/updating FAQs, drafting legal alerts, and helping track relevant legislative and regulatory developments (local and EU).
You should apply if you have:
  • A law degree in progress or completed (or equivalent legal studies) and a genuine interest in working in a business environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to research, synthesise information, and see the “bigger picture”.
  • Good organisation skills, independence, and a proactive approach to managing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write succinctly and work collaboratively.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and an ability to propose practical, commercially minded solutions.
  • Basic familiarity with (or strong motivation to learn) corporate/company law, contracts, HR‑related legal topics, and GDPR/data protection.
