Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• Six months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties as required.
• Ability to lift 25lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint tinting, pipe work, wood cutting, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
