Job summary

SKF in Poznan is seeking a Tool Designer to turn ideas into practical tooling and inspection equipment, helping improve production and quality processes. The role combines creativity, precision, and hands-on problem solving to deliver tangible impact.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in engineering, has at least a basic English proficiency (B1), and experience with CAD design (Creo). You will work on design documentation, 3D printing solutions, and ISO 9000/TS 16949 quality support.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• English proficiency at a minimum B1 level.
• Experience with CAD design software, preferably Creo.
• Good understanding of technical drawings, technical documentation standards, and design principles.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently solve technical problems.

Responsibilities
