Spelman College is seeking a Title Ill Project Budget Manager to support the Director of Title Ill and oversee budget development and monitoring for the College’s Title III grant programs (Part B and the FUTURE Act). Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and three years of related work experience required.
  • Strong customer service focus, communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to interface with internal and external customers with diplomacy and tact.
  • Independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Banner Financial Modules.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Title III budgets and expenditures to ensure compliance with objectives.
  • Prepare quarterly reports and assist with proposal submissions and reports.
  • Maintain records for budgets and financial reports for Title III grants.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Activity Directors on requisitions and contracts.
  • Oversee budget transfers under approved thresholds and ensure accurate recording in Banner.
  • Assist with travel requests and engagement of consultants funded by Title III.
