Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least four years of sponsored programs experience.
  • Experience interacting with governmental agencies (federal/state).
  • Knowledge of federal regulations and funder requirements, including OMB Uniform Guidance.
  • Ability to manage multiple award mechanisms: grants, sub-awards, cooperative agreements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Guide grant-seekers to identify funding opportunities.
  • Support proposal preparation, budgets, and boilerplate language.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and funder requirements.
  • Monitor internal approvals and timely submissions.
  • Coordinate post-award activities including award setup and close-outs.
  • Maintain grant files and prepare progress reports.
  • Assist with IRB documentation and regulatory compliance.
