Job summary

Localization Academy Inc. is seeking a Title Coordinator to maintain the details of client orders and projects on Iyuno systems, ensuring data is up to date and aligned with client requirements.

You will collaborate with Account and Operations teams, uphold high service standards, and drive process improvements. You will oversee order and project delivery, collect milestones from Studios and Language teams, and ensure accurate updates across systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of orders & projects on Iyuno systems.
• Collect and monitor project and milestone due dates from Studios, Media Operations, and Language teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates in client-facing systems to reflect project progress and deliverables.
• Prepare and send Purchase Orders (PO) to studios for assigned projects.
• Distribute QC reports to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up on issues.
• Perform system updates and maintain accurate project data in internal and client systems.
• Create new projects in internal systems, ensuring all required details are correctly entered.
• Gather and organize post-production documentation from studios and vendors.
• Maintain and update metadata for titles across internal and client platforms.
• Coordinate distribution of source materials and pre-production assets to studios and internal teams.
• Provide Title Manager with regular updates on project status, timelines, and any changes or issues that may arise.
