Job description

UniCredit in Poland belongs to one of the largest financial groups in Europe, serving over 20 million Clients, including one million businesses. We are building a new banking model that combines the speed and appeal of a fintech with the strength and stability of a universal bank. We draw on 150 years of experience and the unique expertise of our teams, acting as the Group’s pan-European innovation hub.

We are creating ultra-fast and transparent banking with an “all-in-one” application and new opportunities for all Clients - individual, business, and corporate. We provide full omnichannel service thanks to a network of flagship branches in key Polish cities and our Support Center.

Our greatest value is our People - a Team of creative experts who thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment. We focus on collaboration, engagement, and achieving ambitious goals.

We are looking for a Third-Party & Outsourcing Officer to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.

What you will be doing?

At UniCredit, operational resilience and sound governance are at the heart of our banking business. We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Third-Party & Outsourcing Officer to join our team in Warsaw.

Working as part of a close-knit team of two, you will focus on the day-to-day coordination, compliance, and risk oversight of our external vendors and outsourcing arrangements. In this role, you will act as a key operational bridge - coordinating actively with local business units, IT, Risk, and UniCredit Group central functions to ensure our third-party relationships run smoothly, securely, and in full compliance with European banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Outsourcing Operations & Compliance Execution
  • Coordinate the end-to-end operational lifecycle of outsourcing and third-party agreements across UniCredit Polska.
  • Apply EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing and DORA standards to daily operations, including ICT third-party risk reviews, register updates, and exit planning checks.
  • Perform risk assessments, materiality checks, and due diligence reviews for new and existing vendor proposals.
  • Maintain and update the Bank’s Outsourcing Register to ensure complete and accurate data for internal monitoring and regulatory submissions (KNF, EBA).
2. Tool Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Manage day-to-day vendor governance workflows using enterprise platforms, primarily ServiceNow (Vendor Risk Management) and Jira.
  • Act as a main point of contact for internal teams (Procurement, IT, Risk, Legal, Product) and central UniCredit Group colleagues, supporting smooth cross-functional coordination.
  • Track service level performance (SLAs), key metrics, and vendor issues alongside contract owners, helping drive resolution steps when required.
3. Process Support & Reporting
  • Support operational improvement initiatives aimed at making vendor risk reviews simpler, faster, and more digitized.
  • Assist in preparing regular status reports, dashboards, and meeting materials for local committees and Group risk functions.
Skills you should have

- 3 to 7 years of practical experience in third-party risk management (TPRM), operational risk, vendor management, or compliance within financial services,

- clear, practical familiarity with EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing and DORA requirements in a banking context,

- hands-on experience working with vendor management workflows and task management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence),

- experience working within a multinational group or international banking environment, with a track record of smooth cooperation across central/group teams,

- strong collaborative skills and clear communication; comfortable taking strong personal ownership in a lean team of two,

- good structured working style and project coordination skills; able to keep multi-stakeholder tasks on track,

- fluent English (written and spoken) for daily Group-level communication,

- professional proficiency in Polish.

What we offer
  • You will get an opportunity to work in an innovative, digital bank applying state of the art approaches and technologies.
  • Unless limited by banking regulations we offer a flexible form of contract.
  • You will be provided an Individual Development Budget, dedicated to enhancing your professional skills.
  • If your role permits, we also offer flexible work location: home/office — according to your preference.
  • You and your closest family will be covered with VIP-level private medical care which includes dental treatment and a hospitalisation package.
  • We care for our colleagues’ well being, therefore we cover psychological consultations if you ever feel you need such support.
  • We co-sponsor your Multisport card and cover 50% of its cost.
  • You will work on computer equipment that delivers the best user experience — Apple MacBook.
  • Our office in Warsaw offers healthy snacks throughout the day.
