Job summary

Ework Group is seeking an experienced Test Data Manager to lead the Home Journey program for a Nordic banking client. The role focuses on establishing a strategic TDM process, driving adoption, and enabling scalable, compliant testing across agile teams.

You will define data provisioning, masking, and refresh cycles, while ensuring GDPR and regulatory compliance. A hybrid work setup with 2–3 office days in Warsaw or Tricity is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Testing, QA or Data Management.
• Experience with Webservices Testing and SOAP/SOA testing.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and regulatory compliance.
• CI/CD pipelines, test automation and Agile/DevOps delivery.
• Experience with mainframe systems and distributed teams.
• Experience with TDM assessments, strategies and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the test data strategy, governance and ownership model.
• Create TDM policies covering provisioning, masking, retention and refresh.
• Assess current test data processes, map data to critical journeys.
• Design the target TDM operating model and self-service capabilities.
• Define automated data provisioning and integrate TDM into CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive PoC/pilot activities and rollout TDM across the program.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Test Data Manager to join the Home Journey program for our Nordic banking client — the team responsible for the full end-to-end process a customer goes through when buying a home in the Nordics. You will work in a diverse, international, agile environment, establishing a strategic Test Data Management (TDM) process and driving its adoption across teams to enable scalable, compliant and automation-ready testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the test data strategy, establish governance, an ownership model and an operating framework, in collaboration with our Central Data Provisioning team
• Create TDM policies covering data provisioning, masking, retention and refresh cycles, and define KPIs and reporting for TDM effectiveness
• Assess the current state of test data processes, tools and responsibilities — identify gaps, risks, dependencies and inefficiencies, and map critical business journeys and data dependencies
• Design the target TDM operating model, establish self-service capabilities for teams, and define roles and responsibilities across ARTs and teams
• Define an automated test data provisioning approach and integrate TDM into CI/CD pipelines, enabling on-demand test data generation and refresh processes
• Drive PoC/pilot activities and lead the rollout and adoption of TDM across the Home Journey program

• Experience managing test data across multiple applications, integrated platforms and distributed teams
• Experience conducting TDM assessments, strategies and operating model design
• Experience with test data masking, subsetting, synthetic data creation, cloning and provisioning approaches

• Banking, mortgage or financial services domain knowledge
• Experience with Home Journey or customer onboarding journeys
