Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Senior Test Data Manager to lead enterprise-wide Test Data Management initiatives in Warsaw. You will define strategies, governance models, and standards for test data provisioning, masking, anonymization, retention, and compliance, while partnering with Central Data Provisioning and stakeholders across domains.

Responsibilities include designing operating models, automating data provisioning, integrating with CI/CD, enabling self-service capabilities, and driving KPIs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in Testing, QA, Test Data Management or Data Management.
• Strong knowledge of test data provisioning, masking, anonymization, subsetting, cloning and synthetic data generation.
• Experience designing TDM strategies, governance models and operating frameworks.
• Understanding of GDPR, data privacy and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement an enterprise-level Test Data Management strategy in cooperation with Central Data Provisioning team.
• Establish TDM governance, ownership models, roles and responsibilities across teams and ARTs.
• Develop policies and standards covering test data provisioning, masking, anonymization, retention, refresh cycles and regulatory compliance.
• Assess current state of test data processes, tools, responsibilities and data flows.
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies and inefficiencies within the existing TDM landscape.
• Map critical end-to-end business journeys and their test data dependencies.
• Design target TDM operating model and scalable self-service test data capabilities.
• Define and implement automated test data provisioning approaches.
• Integrate TDM processes with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Enable on-demand test data generation, provisioning and refresh capabilities.
• Support synthetic data and AI-driven approaches to test data generation.
• Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure TDM effectiveness and quality.
• Lead PoC and pilots and coordinate rollout of TDM solutions across Home Journey area.
• Cooperate with technical teams, testing teams, data owners, compliance and other stakeholders.

Senior Test Data Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement an enterprise-level Test Data Management strategy in cooperation with Central Data Provisioning team

• Support the adoption of synthetic data and AI-driven approaches to test data generation
• Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure TDM effectiveness and quality
• Lead Proof of Concept and pilot initiatives and coordinate the rollout and adoption of TDM solutions across the Home Journey area
• Cooperate with technical teams, testing teams, data owners, compliance functions and other key stakeholders

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience in Testing, QA, Test Data Management or Data Management
• Proven experience in establishing or developing enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) capabilities
• Strong knowledge of test data provisioning, masking, anonymization, subsetting, cloning and synthetic data generation
• Experience designing TDM strategies, governance models and operating frameworks
• Strong understanding of GDPR, data privacy and regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience with end-to-end testing across multiple applications and integrated environments
• Strong experience with test automation and integration of test data processes with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
• Good understanding of mainframe systems and environments
• Experience managing test data in complex, distributed enterprise environments
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking, mortgage or financial services
• Experience with TDM tools such as Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software TDM, Informatica TDM or Broadcom TDM
• Experience with cloud environments
• Experience with AI-driven or synthetic test data generation
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the financial sector
