Job summary

DCG is seeking a Senior Test Data Manager to shape and execute an enterprise-level Test Data Management strategy across multiple projects. You will establish governance, define data provisioning standards, and drive automated, CI/CD-integrated TDM capabilities for development and testing teams.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in Testing/Data Management, GDPR expertise, and experience with enterprise TDM tools. Familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Testing, QA or Data Management roles.
• Proven experience in enterprise Test Data Management capabilities.
• Knowledge of test data provisioning, masking, anonymization and retention.
• GDPR and regulatory compliance experience.

Responsibilities

Senior Test Data Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement an enterprise-level Test Data Management strategy in cooperation with Central Data Provisioning team
• Establish TDM governance, ownership models, roles and responsibilities across teams and ARTs
• Develop policies and standards covering test data provisioning, masking, anonymization, retention, refresh cycles and regulatory compliance
• Assess the current state of test data processes, tools, responsibilities and data flows
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies and inefficiencies within the existing TDM landscape
• Map critical end-to-end business journeys and their test data dependencies
• Design the target TDM operating model and introduce scalable self-service test data capabilities for development and testing teams
• Define and implement automated test data provisioning approaches
• Integrate Test Data Management processes with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
• Enable on-demand test data generation, provisioning and refresh capabilities
• Support the adoption of synthetic data and AI-driven approaches to test data generation
• Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure TDM effectiveness and quality
• Lead Proof of Concept and pilot initiatives and coordinate the rollout and adoption of TDM solutions across the Home Journey area
• Cooperate with technical teams, testing teams, data owners, compliance functions and other key stakeholders

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience in Testing, QA, Test Data Management or Data Management
• Proven experience in establishing or developing enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) capabilities
• Strong knowledge of test data provisioning, masking, anonymization, subsetting, cloning and synthetic data generation
• Experience designing TDM strategies, governance models and operating frameworks
• Strong understanding of GDPR, data privacy and regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience with end-to-end testing across multiple applications and integrated environments
• Strong experience with test automation and integration of test data processes with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
• Good understanding of mainframe systems and environments
• Experience managing test data in complex, distributed enterprise environments
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking, mortgage or financial services
• Experience with TDM tools such as Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software TDM, Informatica TDM or Broadcom TDM
• Experience with cloud environments
• Experience with AI-driven or synthetic test data generation
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the financial sector
