Job summary

OPTIVEUM sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Test Data Manager to establish a strategic TDM process for a Nordic bank project. You will lead governance, data masking, and end-to-end testing in a diverse, agile environment.

Role involves designing operating models, enabling self-service, and integrating test data provisioning into CI/CD pipelines across multiple teams and ARTs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within Testing, QA, or Data Management.
• Proven experience in establishing enterprise Test Data Management capabilities.
• Strong experience in TDM processes, data masking/anonymization, GDPR compliance, end-to-end testing, test automation, and CI/CD in Agile/DevOps.
• Hands-on knowledge of Webservices testing (SOAP/SOA) and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the test data strategy and governance with cross-functional teams.
• Create TDM policies for provisioning, masking, retention, and refresh cycles with KPIs.
• Assess current test data processes and map critical business journeys to improvements.
• Design target TDM operating model and enable self-service for ARTs and teams.
• Define automated test data provisioning and CI/CD integration for on-demand data generation.
• Drive PoC/pilot activities and roll out TDM across the program.

Senior Test Data Manager

Location: Warsaw or Gdańsk (Tricity) – Hybrid (2-3 days in the office / 50% remote)

Rate: up to 145 PLN/h net

About the project:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Data Manager to join the Home Journey program for our client, a leading Nordic bank. The team is responsible for the full end-to-end process a customer goes through when buying a home in the Nordics. You will work in a diverse, international, and agile environment, establishing a strategic Test Data Management (TDM) process and driving its adoption across teams to enable scalable, compliant, and automation-ready testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the test data strategy, establish governance, an ownership model, and an operating framework in collaboration with the Central Data Provisioning team.

• Create TDM policies covering data provisioning, masking, retention, and refresh cycles, and define KPIs and reporting for TDM effectiveness.

• Assess the current state of test data processes, tools, and responsibilities to identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and inefficiencies, and map critical business journeys.

• Design the target TDM operating model, establish self-service capabilities for teams, and define roles and responsibilities across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and teams.

• Define an automated test data provisioning approach and integrate TDM into CI/CD pipelines, enabling on-demand test data generation and refresh processes.

• Drive PoC/pilot activities and lead the rollout and adoption of TDM across the program.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience within Testing, QA, or Data Management.

• Proven experience in establishing enterprise Test Data Management capabilities.

• Strong experience in TDM processes, data masking and anonymization, GDPR and regulatory compliance, end-to-end testing, test automation & AI utilization, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/DevOps delivery models.

• Practical knowledge of Webservices Testing, SOAP, SOA Testing, Jenkins, and Mobile Performance Testing.

• Experience and understanding of mainframe systems.

• Experience managing test data across multiple applications, integrated platforms, and distributed teams.

• Experience conducting TDM assessments, strategies, and operating model design, as well as test data masking, subsetting, synthetic data creation, cloning, and provisioning approaches.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Banking, mortgage, or financial services domain knowledge.

• Experience with customer onboarding or Home Journey processes.

• Familiarity with tools such as Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software TDM, Informatica TDM, Broadcom TDM, or other synthetic data generation tools.
