Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Test Lead (Oracle) to drive end-to-end testing for a large ERP transformation.

The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and governing testing phases to validate business processes, data migration, reporting, and new system functionality before Go-Live. The position offers a predominantly remote working model with occasional travel and onsite work in Dublin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Test Management within ERP implementations or transformation programmes.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Oracle EBS, or Oracle Fusion environments.
• Proven experience managing SIT, UAT, and Data Migration testing.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar test management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall Test Strategy and Test Plan.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple business units and stakeholders.
• Create and manage test scenarios, test scripts, traceability matrices, and test documentation.
• Establish and administer JIRA-based test and defect management processes.
• Lead SIT, UAT, and Data Migration testing activities.
• Manage defect triage, prioritization, remediation tracking, and retesting activities.
• Produce test dashboards, progress reports, and readiness updates for governance.
• Define test entry and exit criteria and support sign-off processes.
• Coordinate business testers and manage test schedules and execution plans.
• Support Go-Live readiness assessments and testing governance.
• Collaborate with workstream leads to ensure timely issue resolution.

Test Lead (Oracle)

90% remote (from Poland) + 10% onsite in Dublin

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing activities within a large-scale ERP transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing all testing phases to ensure business processes, data migration, reporting requirements, and new system functionality are fully validated prior to Go-Live. The role offers a predominantly remote working model with occasional travel required during key project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall Test Strategy and Test Plan.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple business units and stakeholders.
• Create and manage test scenarios, test scripts, traceability matrices, and test documentation.
• Establish and administer JIRA-based test and defect management processes.
• Lead Solution Validation, Data Validation, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Manage defect triage, prioritization, remediation tracking, and retesting activities.
• Produce test dashboards, progress reports, and readiness updates for programme governance.
• Define test entry and exit criteria and support formal sign-off processes.
• Coordinate business testers and manage test schedules and execution plans.
• Support Go-Live readiness assessments and testing-related governance activities.
• Collaborate with programme workstream leads to ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Test Management within ERP implementations or transformation programmes.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Oracle EBS, or Oracle Fusion environments.
• Proven experience managing SIT, UAT, and Data Migration testing.
• Strong knowledge of test planning, test execution, and defect management processes.
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA or similar test management tools.
• Experience creating traceability matrices, test scripts, and testing documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and distributed project environment.
• Experience within Public Sector or Shared Services transformation programmes would be an advantage.
