Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking an experienced e-Sourcing leader to drive the full e-Sourcing activity and utilize the HGP Toolkit for the Global Procurement Community. You will manage the operational e-Sourcing service across Global and Local teams, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and leading the e-Sourcing teams to deliver value.

• Experience with procurement e-Sourcing systems (Coupa CSO, Zycus iSource) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Define and translate e-Sourcing strategy into an operational roadmap.
• Drive execution with Tender Managers and Shared Services centre.
• Lead and develop Local and Shared Service Center teams for global e-Sourcing.
• Increase e-Sourcing spend by Local & Global Procurement Teams.
• Lead strategic HGP e-sourcing events.
• Maintain and improve core e-Sourcing capabilities for value.
• Own and manage the team budget and oversee initiatives.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across HGP teams and partners.
• Support talent pipeline and succession planning for long-term success.
• Act as SME for e-Sourcing, providing deep technical and strategic insights.
• Ensure e-Sourcing integrates with the broader HGP Toolkit.

In this role you will be leading the team responsible for the full e-Sourcing activity and usage of the HGP Toolkit for the entire HEINEKEN Global Procurement Community. You will be managing the operational e-Sourcing service to the HGP Central teams and regional teams.

Your responsibilities would include:

• defining and translating the e-Sourcing strategy set by Local and Global Procurement into a comprehensive operational roadmap
• driving execution in partnership with Tender Managers and Shared Services centre, ensuring alignment with broader procurement objectives and business priorities
• leading and developing the Local and Shared Service Center teams responsible for all global e-Sourcing activities
• driving the increase in e-Sourcing spend by the Local & Global Procurement Teams
• leading strategic HGP e-sourcing events
• maintaining and improving our core procurement E-Sourcing capability for maximum value
• owning and managing the team’s budget while overseeing strategic HGP e-Sourcing initiatives.Ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve efficiency and value creation
• building and sustaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders including senior stakeholders across HGP Category Teams, OpCo Procurement, Shared Services, and Technology partners
• supporting the functional people agenda and ensuring that there is a continued talent pipeline and clear succession planning to facilitate the long-term success of the Tender Desk
• acting as the enterprise-wide Subject Matter Expert (SME) for e-Sourcing, providing deep technical and strategic insight into tools and processes on the e-Sourcing tools
• maintaining a holistic understanding of how e-Sourcing integrates with the broader HGP Toolkit.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• University Master’s Degree in a business, financial, commercial, economic or technical discipline
• 8+ years of work experience
• experience in e-Sourcing/Tender role in a complex environment
• demonstrated team leadership & change management expertise in a multi-cultural environment
• experience with Procurement e-Sourcing systems (Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO), Zycus iSource, etc.), Microsoft Office
• a result-driven mentality and ability to identify and drive continuous improvement
• great interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships
• ability to manage intercultural relationships with stakeholders from all levels and ability to adjust the communication style accordingly
