Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a senior e-Sourcing leader to drive the global e-Sourcing agenda within the HEINEKEN Global Shared Services ecosystem. You will define strategy, oversee execution, and lead multifunctional teams across Local and Shared Service centers, coordinating with category teams, OpCo Procurement and Technology partners.

The role requires 8+ years in e-Sourcing, strong leadership, and extensive experience with CSO/Zycus tools, plus fluent English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, finance, commercial, economic or technical discipline.
• 8+ years of work experience in a relevant role.
• Experience in e-Sourcing/Tender in a complex environment.
• Demonstrated team leadership and change management in a multi-cultural setting.
• Experience with Procurment e-Sourcing systems (CSO, Zycus iSource) and MS Office.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage stakeholder relationships.

• Drive execution in partnership with Tender Managers and Shared Services.
• Lead and develop Local and Shared Service Center teams responsible for global e-Sourcing activities.
• Increase e-Sourcing spend by Local & Global Procurement Teams.
• Lead strategic HGP e-sourcing events and maintain core e-Sourcing capabilities.
• Own and manage the team budget and oversee e-Sourcing initiatives.

In this role you will be leading the team responsible for the full e-Sourcing activity and usage of the HGP Toolkit for the entire HEINEKEN Global Procurement Community. You will be managing the operational e-Sourcing service to the HGP Central teams and regional teams.

Your responsibilities would include:

• defining and translating the e-Sourcing strategy set by Local and Global Procurement into a comprehensive operational roadmap
• driving execution in partnership with Tender Managers and Shared Services centre, ensuring alignment with broader procurement objectives and business priorities
• leading and developing the Local and Shared Service Center teams responsible for all global e-Sourcing activities
• driving the increase in e-Sourcing spend by the Local & Global Procurement Teams
• leading strategic HGP e-sourcing events
• maintaining and improving our core procurement E-Sourcing capability for maximum value
• owning and managing the team’s budget while overseeing strategic HGP e-Sourcing initiatives.Ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve efficiency and value creation
• building and sustaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders including senior stakeholders across HGP Category Teams, OpCo Procurement, Shared Services, and Technology partners
• supporting the functional people agenda and ensuring that there is a continued talent pipeline and clear succession planning to facilitate the long‑term success of the Tender Desk
• acting as the enterprise‑wide Subject Matter Expert (SME) for e‑Sourcing, providing deep technical and strategic insight into tools and processes on the e‑Sourcing tools
• maintaining a holistic understanding of how e‑Sourcing integrates with the broader HGP Toolkit.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• University Master’s Degree in a business, financial, commercial, economic or technical discipline
• 8+ years of work experience
• experience in e-Sourcing/Tender role in a complex environment
• demonstrated team leadership & change management expertise in a multi‑cultural environment
• experience with Procurement e‑Sourcing systems (Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO), Zycus iSource, etc.), Microsoft Office
• fluent English (C1)
