Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) is seeking a procurement professional to drive value delivery in raw and packaging materials across Europe.

The role focuses on supplier performance management, security of supply, and collaboration with category managers to translate global strategy into local execution. 1–3 years in procurement or finance is preferred, with strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

The role's purpose is to drive value delivery & operational excellence in Contract Management of Raw and Packaging materials and reduce COGS at European Level and establish Supplier Relationship Management for key categories.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Leading supplier performance management and security of supply for all HGP contracted Raw and Packaging materials for all OpCo’s in Europe:
  • Spend p.a.: EUR1.5b
  • Scope: All Packaging and Raw Materials
• Supporting collaboration with HGP category managers :
  • Challenging and translating Global strategy in preperation for OpCo execution
  • Being a key person in OpCo-Hub-HGP escalations on savings delivery and security of supply

You are a good match if you have:

• University Masters Degree in a business, financial, commercial, economic or technical discipline, preferred: Procurement, Supply Chain related
• 1-3 years in Procurement, Supply chain or Finance roles .
• Experience in working for a big, international company, preferred: Consumer Goods and Shared Service Centre experience, Experience in Change Management transitions in a multi-cultural environment
• Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders on a strategic business partner level.
• Strong leadership and people management skills to ensure the best delivery of the business solutions.
• Ability to drive change & continuous improvement.
• A Growth mindset and ability to create strategically aligned plans . Sourcing, Supplier Performance Management, knowledge of industry trends
