Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) seeks a Procurement/Finance professional to drive value delivery and operational excellence in contract management for Raw and Packaging materials across Europe. You will lead supplier performance, secure supply, and translate global strategy for OpCo execution.

Required: Masters degree in business/finance/economics/technical discipline and 1–3 years in procurement, supply chain or finance in a large international company. On-site in Kraków.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in business, finance, commerce, economics or technical field (procurement/supply chain preferred).
• 1–3 years in procurement, supply chain or finance roles.
• Experience in a big international company, consumer goods or shared service center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance management and ensure security of supply for all packaged materials across Europe.
• Manage annual spend of about EUR 1.5 billion.
• Collaborate with HGP category managers to translate global strategy for OpCo execution.
• Be a key escalation point for savings delivery and supply security.

The role's purpose is to drive value delivery & operational excellence in Contract Management of Raw and Packaging materials and reduce COGS at European Level and establish Supplier Relationship Management for key categories.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Leading supplier performance management and security of supply for all HGP contracted Raw and Packaging materials for all OpCo’s in Europe:
  
  • Spend p.a.: EUR1.5b
  • Scope: All Packaging and Raw Materials
• Supportingcollaboration with HGP category managers :
  
  • Challenging and translating Global strategy in preperation for OpCo execution
  • Being a key person in OpCo-Hub-HGP escalations on savings delivery and security of supply

You are a good match if you have:

• University Masters Degree in a business, financial, commercial, economic or technical discipline, preferred: Procurement, Supply Chain related
• 1-3years in Procurement, Supply chain or Finance roles .
• Experience in working for a big, international company,preferred: Consumer Goods and Shared Service Centre experience, Experience in Change Management transitions in a multi-cultural environment

Experience managingrelationships with senior stakeholders on a strategic business partner level.

• Strong leadership and people management skills to ensure the best delivery of the business solutions.
• Ability to drive change & continuous improvement.
• A Growth mindset and ability to create strategically aligned plans . Sourcing, Supplier Performance Management, knowledge of industry trends
