Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for our Communications Media & Technology team to help telecom clients drive digital transformation. You will analyze current processes, map customer journeys, and translate business needs into clear requirements across B2C and B2B contexts.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders, design target-state processes, and support delivery through workshops and documentation.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in telecom, consulting, business analysis, or digital transformation.
Strong understanding of telecom business processes across B2C/B2B areas such as sales, customer experience, order management, billing and payments.
Experience in mapping as-is and designing to-be processes with clear requirements.
Ability to connect business processes, data flows and supporting IT systems.
Experience preparing requirements for digital or IT solutions and user stories.

Responsibilities

Analyze current-state business processes, customer journeys, pain points and business requirements across telecom domains.
Design target-state digital processes and customer journeys aligned with client strategy and objectives.
Translate business needs into requirements for digital and IT solutions, including process and functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure solutions support the target operating model.
Lead workshops and interviews to gather requirements, validate designs and align on scope.
Prepare deliverables such as process maps, requirements docs, solution concepts, roadmaps and implementation recommendations.
Support digital transformation programs from concept through delivery.
