Duties

• Build rapport with clients by understanding their perspective, aspirations, business challenges, and expected results
• Identify technology solutions that address clients' business challenges and deliver the best value
• Adopt a broad perspective, anticipating the next steps and client needs, while ensuring the delivery of promised benefits
• Propose a relevant scope of work and services, such as managed services, based on client requirements and company offerings
• Help clients focus on more meaningful work by guiding them through the digital transformation process
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution, including project management and technical implementation
• Influence and lead both employees and customers to drive project success

Required Skills

• Technical knowledge in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, or other relevant domains, especially for platforms like Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365
• Solid project management skills, with a proven track record of leading complex projects to successful completion
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand organizational needs and technology applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead others
• A customer-focused mindset, prioritizing client satisfaction and long-term relationships

Desirable Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications, such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile
• Experience working in a consulting or advisory role, preferably within the technology industry
