Job summary

ALDI Tech Hub in Kraków is seeking a SAP FI/CO specialist to design, configure and implement SAP FI/CO modules in R/3 or S/4 environments, aligning with banking and payment configurations. You will support system testing and end-user trainings.

You’ll work in a hybrid model with a collaborative team, leveraging MS Office and strong analytical skills to optimize processes and ensure data integrity. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP FI, Banking and Payment configuration.
• Very good knowledge of SAP Finance (AP/AR/GL/AA/CO).
• 3–5 years of relevant job experience in SAP R/3 and/or SAP S/4.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong business process understanding and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Solution design and development: supporting design and development of SAP FI/CO solutions.
• Technical configuration and customizing to ensure data integrity.
• Drive SAP FI/CO implementation and optimization to meet business needs.
• Lead test scenarios design and script development.
• Lead and execute SAP FI/CO system tests with documentation.
• Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting.
• Lead trainings for key and end users and share best practices.
• Create, update and approve technical documentation for SAP FI/CO.
• Identify and implement SAP FI/CO system improvements and processes.
• Support and execute project management tasks such as scheduling and coordination.

Your tasks

• Solution design and development: supporting design and development of solutions to meet the business requirements in SAP FI/CO R/3 and S/4.

• Technical and functional configuration: execute SAP FI/CO technical configuration and customizing to ensure integrity and efficiency of the solution design.

• System implementation: drive SAP FI/CO implementation and optimization to meet the business requirements.

• Test scenarios preparation: lead designing, developing and implementing tests plans and scripts using the detailed business requirements and organization standards.

• System tests: lead and execute SAP FI/CO system tests, ensuring all tests and results are well documented.

• System support and troubleshooting: provide ongoing functional support of SAP FI/CO system and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner.

• Trainings to key and end users: lead and execute training sessions for key, end users and technical staff to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills necessary to use the SAP FI/CO system effectively, as well as share knowledge and best practices with other team members

• Documentation: creating, updating and approving technical documentation related to SAP FI/CO system implementation and maintenance, including updating user manuals and providing process documentation for business users.

• System and process improvements: identify and implement of SAP FI/CO system improvements and related processes to optimize system performance and functionality.

• Project Management: support and execute project management tasks such as scheduling, coordination and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP FI Banking and Payment configuration
• Strong knowledge in SAP Finance (AP/AR/GL/AA/CO)
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant job experience in SAP R/3 and/or SAP S/4
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel and Power Point
• Very good business process understanding and technical skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills
