Job summary

ALDI Technology Support Sp. z o.o. is seeking a capable manager to lead a 10-15 person team in Kraków. The role focuses on coaching, onboarding, and providing operational support while driving stakeholder relationships and global process improvements.

The ideal candidate will excel in English communication, be highly organized and able to perform under deadlines within a hybrid work setting at the ALDI Tech Hub in Kraków.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Fluent English (written and oral) required.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to maintain professional business contacts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Detail-oriented, well organized, flexible and open to changes.
• Ability to work under pressure and toward deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of approx. 10-15 people.
• Hold direct reports accountable for their performance by providing feedback, coaching and assessment.
• Responsible for staff onboarding and training.
• Provide operational support to team members; act as subject matter expert if needed.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
• Handle customer communication and escalations.
• Monitor, interpret and report key performance indicators.
• Initiate and drive local and global processes improvement initiatives.
