Sii Poland seeks an experienced Technical Writer to join its global R&D team in Warsaw, focusing on energy and transformer technologies. You will own documentation processes, support engineering teams, and drive knowledge management standards to ensure clear, structured content and continuous improvement across projects.

Your role involves creating visual content, training developers, refining documentation workflows, and aligning outputs with stakeholder expectations in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical writing or related fields.
• An engineering degree or technical background is advantageous, energy/transformer tech experience favorable.
• Proficiency in creating graphical representations of information (diagrams).
• Familiarity with IT tools such as Office and Git; openness to learning new tools and technologies.
• Ability to analyze and organize information for clear documentation.
• Experience in tailoring content to audience and project priorities.
• Experience in building and maintaining long-term documentation projects.
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, and content quality.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and SMEs.
• Proactive, improvement-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new domains.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in Agile environments.
• Advanced level of English

• Defining documentation processes and responsibilities for participants.
• Selecting and managing tools for documentation.
• Creating and maintaining a consistent style for documentation.
• Conducting training for developers to foster a documentation culture.
• Improving the documentation creation process by introducing innovations.
• Taking notes and organizing information effectively.
• Working with text and illustrations to enhance clarity.
• Gradually and iteratively improving content based on feedback from experts.
• Advising on user interface aspects for better data presentation.
