Tasks:

• Lead and manage the technical transition process for complex projects, ensuring seamless migration and integration of systems and services
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and execution of transition activities
• Develop detailed transition plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Identify potential technical challenges and implement proactive solutions to minimize disruptions
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and industry regulations throughout the transition process
• Monitor progress, report on key performance indicators, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project deadlines
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members involved in the transition

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing complex technical transitions or migrations within IT environments
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise systems
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Technical certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or relevant cloud certifications are highly desirable
