Job summary

Sungrow Europe in Warsaw is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to enhance our training programs and support our service teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

You will manage training initiatives, track progress, and collaborate with various teams. Opportunities for travel to support on-site training will be provided. Join us in leading the clean energy transition!

Qualifications

  • Degree or in studies related to Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy.
  • Strong understanding or eagerness to learn about distribution products.
  • Fluent in English at C1 level; knowing Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of product training programs and manage Competency Center.
  • Evaluate technical hotline service and prepare reports.
  • Track ticket completion rates and define improvement actions.
  • Identify training gaps and create targeted learning initiatives.
  • Develop and coordinate training plans for distribution products.
  • Create and maintain training materials and FAQs.
  • Collaborate with service technical teams to improve service quality.

Technical Training Specialist

As our new Technical Training Specialist, you will be right at the heart of what makes our service teams tick: knowledge, empowerment, and continuous improvement. You will work on‑site alongside our service distribution engineers, shaping the way our teams and partners understand and operate our cutting‑edge distribution products.   • You will take ownership of the day‑to‑day operation and ongoing development of our product training programs, while keeping our Competency Center facilities running smoothly and up to date.
  • You will evaluate the quality of our technical hotline service, preparing weekly progress reports that keep the team sharp and informed.
  • You will track ticket completion rates, spot patterns, and define clear improvement actions to keep our service delivery at its best.
  • You will identify training gaps by analysing hotline and ticket data, turning insights into targeted learning initiatives.
  • You will develop, coordinate, and follow up on comprehensive training plans covering our full Distribution product portfolio – from planning to execution.
  • You will create and maintain a rich library of FAQs, tutorials, training materials, and process guidance that our engineers and partners can rely on every day.
  • You will collaborate closely with service distribution technical teams and product experts, driving improvements in service quality and ticket handling efficiency together.
Your profile

  • You hold a degree (or are currently studying) in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field – alternatively, a business‑related degree with a strong technical component works great too.
  • You have a solid understanding of distribution products and systems, or a genuine eagerness to build that knowledge quickly.
  • You bring strong communication and coordination skills, and you feel comfortable working across different teams and functions.
  • You are well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment without losing your cool.
  • You have a proactive mindset – you take ownership, follow through, and are always looking for ways to make things better.
  • You are open to occasional travel for on‑site training support.
  • Your English is at C1 level; fluent Chinese is a welcome plus.
