Job summary
Sungrow Europe in Warsaw is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to enhance our training programs and support our service teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
You will manage training initiatives, track progress, and collaborate with various teams. Opportunities for travel to support on-site training will be provided. Join us in leading the clean energy transition!
Qualifications
- Degree or in studies related to Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy.
- Strong understanding or eagerness to learn about distribution products.
- Fluent in English at C1 level; knowing Chinese is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of product training programs and manage Competency Center.
- Evaluate technical hotline service and prepare reports.
- Track ticket completion rates and define improvement actions.
- Identify training gaps and create targeted learning initiatives.
- Develop and coordinate training plans for distribution products.
- Create and maintain training materials and FAQs.
- Collaborate with service technical teams to improve service quality.
