Job summary

F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG is seeking a Technical Support Specialist fluent in Czech and/or Slovak to work in their Regional Customer Support Center. Qualifications

The position is based in the Regional Customer Support Center which is dedicated to providing excellence while helping laboratory personnel using our products. We operate with a holistic approach, taking care of our product portfolio from idea through development and market launch to phase-out. This role is for a Technical Support Specialist (Slovak & Czech language) in locations Warsaw, Prague or Bratislava (Your choice!).

Our Regional Customer Support Center (RCSC) is the intellectual engine behind laboratory excellence in Central Europe. We are seeking Czech and/or Slovak-speaking talent who is hungry for knowledge, enjoys problem-solving, and is ready to master the world’s most advanced diagnostic technologies. We offer a hybrid work model combining flexibility with in-person collaboration; employees are required to be in office on average two days per week on current terms.

Responsibilities

• Engage as an engineering and application consultant, acting as the "guardian" of diagnostic accuracy.
• Work with high-end IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics) systems that combine robotics, complex biochemistry, and advanced IT.
• Participate in a world-class training program; develop from foundational knowledge to expert proficiency.
• Proactively prevent issues using digital twins and remote diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with teams to support laboratory personnel and ensure optimal use of Roche diagnostics technologies.

What You Are

• Education: A degree in Engineering, IT, Biochemistry, Lab Diagnostics or equivalent, with a "detective’s mind" for troubleshooting.
• Language: Native or C1/C2 speaker of Czech and/or Slovak; strong English for international trainings and global technical forums.
• Experience: If you’ve worked in a clinical lab and want to expand into engineering, we will teach you the engineering while you bring passion for science.
