WiP Jobs Recruitment seeks a Technical Support and Logistics Specialist fluent in French to manage partner orders and deliver best-in-class customer service from our Katowice base. You will handle technical queries, support PV module and inverter issues, and assist in configuring solar systems.

A background in engineering, strong English, and precise communication are essential. You will document cases in CRM, troubleshoot installation faults, and coordinate with partners to ensure smooth

About the job Technical Support and Logistics Specialist FRENCH Speaker

The general goal of the position is to successfully manage orders from partners and ensure they receive best-in-class customer service.

What duties will help you grow?

• Handling technical product queries from partners and providing technical support to partners during the installation and design phase of photovoltaic installations
• Responsible for Customer Support concerning technical issues for PV Modules and PV Inverters
• Assisting during the configuration of solar systems
• Answering advanced technical support questions about solar systems installation and maintenance
• Handling technical failures occurring on the installation, providing complete troubleshooting and documenting them within the required time in the CRM system, flagging open cases, and close in a timely manner
• Handling customers complaints, assigning partners, managing interactions

What do you need to start?

• Fluent knowledge of French (C1+)
• Good knowledge of English (B2)
• Engineering technical background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Its not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:

• Knowledge of electrical subjects
• Experience with Photovoltaics
