Position: Technical Solutions Engineer (Fortinet)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer (Fortinet) to join our Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) team in Kraków or Warsaw. In this role, you will support the internal product team and business partners by delivering technical support for IT products.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Technical support for the Arrow ECS product team in promoting IT solutions on the market
• Supporting business partners in selecting appropriate solutions for end customers through email, phone, remote consultations, and on‑site customer meetings
• Promoting knowledge of products and technologies among partners and end customers (webinars, workshops, conferences)
• Technical support during PoC (Proof of Concept) activities and implementations at end customers
• Continuous updating of technical knowledge related to solutions within the Arrow ECS portfolio
• Participation in technical trainings and certification processes
• Cooperation with technical engineers from solution vendors
• Delivering presentations and conducting technical trainings for Partners and Customers

WHO YOU ARE:

• Higher technical education, preferably in IT or a related field
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure security, with an understanding of networking technologies
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level, both spoken and written, required for technical documentation and cooperation with international teams
• Knowledge and experience confirmed by Fortinet certifications
• Excellent communication, flexibility, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Valid category B driving license
