Job summary
TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Technical Service Specialist in Kraków to support cross-functional teams across tenders, quotations, and customer inquiries. You will provide technical input for RFQs and RFPs, verify product applicability, and help optimize BOMs for customized solutions.
The role requires hands-on HV/MV cable knowledge, experience in project coordination, and fluent English. Collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and Product Management is essential for timely, high-quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar technical discipline.
- Experience with electrical equipment and insulation technology for industrial/utilities.
- Hands-on experience with HV/MV cable joints and terminations is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned product lines (e.g., heat-shrink, cold-shrink LV, MV & HV cable accessories).
- Provide day-to-day technical support for Sales, Tender Management and Project teams.
- Define and verify products to meet customer requirements; create and optimize BOMs.
