Job summary

Altra Running in Poland/Austria is seeking a Technical Representative to be the face of the brand across the region, delivering product training, supporting retailers and running events.

You will collaborate with sales teams, drive brand awareness, and build strong relationships with retail partners while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, field support, or technical representation, ideally in running/outdoor.
• Passion for running and deep knowledge of running footwear.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license (company car provided).
• Polish and German language fluency; English is a plus.

Let’s Talk About The Role

As a Technical Representative for Altra Running, you will be the face of the brand across Poland and Austria. This role combines product expertise, retail training, event support, and community engagement to strengthen Altra’s presence in the region. You’ll work closely with retail partners, sales teams, and local running communities to drive brand awareness and sales performance.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Deliver engaging product training sessions to retail staff, both in-store and outdoors.

• Strong relationship‑building skills and a proactive, hands‑on attitude.
• Lead community engagement efforts and support local brand ambassadors.
• Provide reports, presentations, manage budgets and occasionally support the sales representative in order management.

Skills For Success

• uExperience in retail, field support, or technical representation - ideally in the running or outdoor industry.
• Passion for running and deep knowledge of running footwear.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and comfortable working independently.
• High Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license (company car provided)
• Native speaker or fluent in Polish and German; English language skills are a plus.
