Altra Running seeks a Technical Representative to drive brand presence across Poland and Austria. The role combines product training, field support and community engagement with retailers and running clubs. You will work with sales teams to boost awareness, support events and ensure top-notch in-store presentation.

Fluency in Polish and German is essential; English is a plus. A strong drive, autonomy and willingness to travel are expected. Hybrid/remote setup with company car provided for travel.

Qualifications

• Retail or field support experience in running/outdoor gear.
• Deep knowledge of running footwear and product lines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel and hold a valid driver’s license (company car provided).
• Polish and German fluency; English helpful.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging product training sessions to retail staff, in-store and outdoors.
• Act as regional product expert and liaison between Altra, sales reps, and accounts.
• Build relationships with retail partners to motivate store teams.

This role combines product expertise, retail training, event support, and community engagement to strengthen Altra’s presence in the region.
