Job summary

Altra Running seeks a Technical Representative to be the face of the brand in Poland and Austria, delivering product training, supporting retailers, and engaging with local running communities. You will collaborate with sales teams and partners to raise brand awareness and drive performance.

You will travel as needed, training staff both in-store and at events, while maintaining strong partner relationships and representing the brand at trade shows and openings.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, field support, or technical representation.
• Passion for running and knowledge of running footwear.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and well organized.
• Willingness to travel with a valid driver's license.
• Fluency in Polish and German; English a plus.

Technical Representative (m/f/d) – Altra Running (Poland / Austria)

Let’s Talk about the Role

As a Technical Representative for Altra Running , you will be the face of the brand across Poland and Austria. This role combines product expertise, retail training, event support, and community engagement to strengthen Altra’s presence in the region. You’ll work closely with retail partners, sales teams, and local running communities to drive brand awareness and sales performance.

• Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working independently.
• High Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license (company car provided)
• Native speaker or fluent in Polish and German; English language skills are a plus.
