Job summary
Flextronics - The Flex Company in Poland seeks a technically skilled Technical Project Manager to drive new product development from concept to certification. You will coordinate R&D, mechanical and electrical teams, and manage timelines, budgets, andDocumentation to ensure successful handover to manufacturing.
The role requires a degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics and at least five years in product development or engineering projects, with strong English communication and stakeholder
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development or engineering project environments.
- Experience managing technical projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of NPD/NPI processes and requirements management.
Responsibilities
- Lead product development projects from concept through certification and approval.
- Define technical requirements, project scope, schedules, and key milestones.
- Coordinate the work of R&D, mechanical design, electrical engineering, laboratory, quality, and external technical teams.
- Oversee product concepts, solution architecture, and technical documentation.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and overall delivery against objectives.
