Job summary

Sierra Select Distributors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver technology and business projects across the organization from a remote setting in Poland.

You will collaborate with IT, operations, sales, and marketing to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate has strong project-management skills plus a solid understanding of technology, systems, and cross-functional operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical or IT project management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies and technology implementation processes.
• Experience using project-management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of software, hardware, systems, networking, or business technology.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage technical projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate project activities across IT, operations, sales, marketing, and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, task assignments, budgets, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Coordinate software, hardware, systems, network, and technology implementation projects.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage vendor and third-party technology relationships when required.
• Ensure project requirements and deliverables are clearly documented and understood.
• Track project budgets, resources, and performance against established goals.
• Support system testing, implementation, training, and change-management activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
• Identify opportunities to improve project-management processes and workflows.
• Ensure projects follow established company policies, security requirements, and quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates to management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred.

• Experience using project-management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of software, hardware, systems, networking, or business technology.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience in distribution, wholesale, consumer technology, or retail environments is a plus.
