Job summary

Circle K Poland is seeking a Technical Product Owner to steer the roadmap for backend loyalty services and customer communication platforms. You will translate business needs into backlog items for the Scrum Team and align with Product Managers and Stakeholders.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional Dev Teams, promote agile practices, and own the team outcomes. The role requires hands‑on Jira/Confluence experience, fluent English and Polish, and a background in software engineering or

Qualifications

3+ years leading product backlog and roadmaps for complex software
5+ years as Business/System Analyst or Software Developer to understand backend services, APIs and architecture
Experience leading international digitalization projects with high complexity and top-management attention
Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, attention to detail and technology interest
Hands-on knowledge of Jira, Confluence and SDLC from requirements to QA
Excellent English and Polish, spoken and written

Responsibilities

Plan, execute and deliver on the roadmap for backend services loyalty program and customer communication domain backend services
Work with Product Managers, Business Owners and Stakeholders to translate needs into backlog items for Scrum Team
Build better cooperation with other Dev Teams and be a Team Front Man
Take responsibility for Team outcomes, set priorities and monitor status of issues
