Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to shape an enterprise-scale web-based platform for online lotteries. The role is hybrid in Kraków, requiring on-site presence three days per week, with collaboration across Security, Payments, Compliance and other functions.

You will own features end-to-end, write detailed requirements, and define APIs for integration with third-party systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/System Analyst.
• Experience writing detailed functional requirements or build documents.
• Experience delivering features and client SDK for iOS and Android Mobile Applications.
• Experience in agile methodology from online or software companies.
• Previous B2B customer-facing experience. iGaming industry experience is a big advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with stakeholders of all levels of seniority.
• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact initiatives.
• Strong teammate with service orientation, detail-oriented and well organized.

• Writing features, stories, and requirements documents (PRDs) based on customer needs and product strategy.

We are looking for experienced Technical Product Owner to develop an enterprise-scale web-based platform for online lotteries. This is a hybrid position based in Krakow with on-site work required three times a week.

What You’ll Do

• System analysis of Aristocrat Interactive cross-platform products: Backend application, Bonus and Promotion mechanisms, CRM tools, Security modules, Payments system, etc.
• Writing features, stories, and requirements documents (PRDs) based on customer needs and product strategy.
• Performing analysis and specification for integration with 3rd party systems, including definitions of APIs.
• Working inbound within a technical agile team, and with multiple departments at Aristocrat Interactive (Security, Payments, Compliance, etc.)
• Ownership across the lifecycle of features from concept through launch, and post-launch analysis & optimization phases.
• Researching and analyzing strategic and competitive information to constantly optimize the products and their performance.

What We're Looking For
