Job description

At Aristocrat, we are dedicated to bringing happiness to life through the power of play. As a world leader in gaming content and technology, our mission is to build outstanding gaming experiences that entertain millions globally. Our inclusive and collaborative culture fosters innovation and excellence, making Aristocrat an exciting place to grow your career. We are currently seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team and lead some of our core engagement tools and reporting domains. This role is critical to our success, directly impacting the popularity of our games and our presence in the North American market. Join us and be part of an ambitious team crafting the future of gaming!

What You'll Do
  • Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for the company’s Internal and External tools within the SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with company-wide business objectives.
  • Lead complex, high-impact product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and strategy definition through delivery, launch, and post-release optimization.
  • Translate business strategy, market insights, and customer needs into clear, scalable product roadmaps, balancing short-term delivery with long-term growth.
  • Serve as the primary product authority and technical go-to for assigned domains, providing deep product, market, and domain expertise across the organization.
  • Own product definition artifacts at a strategic level, including PRDs, system flows, use cases, business requirements, and product policies, ensuring clarity and alignment across collaborators.
  • Drive prioritization decisions based on business impact, customer value, technical feasibility, and strategic fit; make independent judgments on complex trade-offs.
  • Partner closely with R&D, Delivery, BI, Marketing, Operations, and Executive collaborators to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Influence and contribute to the development of product standards, guidelines, and internal processes, helping build how product management is practiced across the company.
  • Coordinate backlog management, release planning, and delivery execution using Agile/SCRUM methodologies, ensuring predictable delivery against commitments.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints early; proactively define mitigation strategies to protect timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Use data, analytics, and market intelligence to evaluate product performance, guide decision-making, and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Act as a mentor and role model for other Product Managers, raising the overall product maturity of the organization (without direct people management).
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of proven Product Management experience, including ownership of complex, customer-facing SaaS products.
  • Strong experience in games, gambling, or highly regulated / flow-intensive platforms – with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and key players.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives independently, align collaborators, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strategic problem solver with strong execution capabilities; able to move seamlessly between big-picture vision and detailed product decisions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize inputs from BI, customer data, market research, and business insights into clear product direction.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills across multiple formats (PRDs, presentations, diagrams, wireframes, and executive reviews).
  • Strong influencing skills and confidence in engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional decision-makers.
  • Proven experience managing multiple products or domains simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), including advanced or admin-level usage.
  • Dedicated, accountable, and determined, with a strong sense of ownership and bias toward action.
