Job summary

Aristocrat in Kraków is seeking a strong Project Manager to join our project management team. You will lead IT projects from initiation through full implementation, coordinating with Business, Product, Design, Tech, and Scrum feature teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of IT PM experience, a university degree in PM or IT, and excellent English. You will manage risks, engage with large global customers, and handle third‑party integrations, while keeping multiple projects on track.

What You'll Do

• Planning, controlling, and monitoring the project from initiation through its entire duration until full implementation.
• Analyzing and handling project risks.
• Working closely with Business, Product, Design, Tech, and Scrum feature teams.
• Working with large global customers and vendors on complex software projects.
• Tackle problems throughout the project life cycle, balance the needs of both business and engineering team members.

What We're Looking For

• We need someone that is extremely driven and does not quit when things get tough.
• Tech-savvy - a must.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, ideally in iGaming.
• Experience in third party integrations is an advantage.
• Account management / customer-facing experience - must.
• University degree in a field related to project management or IT.
• Excellent written and verbal English level and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability in presenting information clearly and assertiveness.
• Prioritization abilities, good judgment, well-organized, diligent, and ability to keep track of multiple projects and risks.
• High level of independence.
