Job summary

LotusFlare is a Kraków-based product leadership opportunity for a seasoned product manager with telecom experience. You will shape the roadmap for the DNO Cloud platform, partnering with engineers and designers to deliver high-impact software features that improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or software development in telecom domain.
• Discuss and work closely with engineers on high-level technical design and architecture.
• 3+ years in an Enterprise software company is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in telecom BSS products is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with TM Forum standards/frameworks (Information Framework, Process Framework, Open APIs, Open Digital Architecture) is preferred.
• Knowledge and 3+ years experience with Product Catalog, Pricing, Order Management with at least 1 completed customer project or 1 completed product development.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Able to synthesize data sets to quickly make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of previous experience in product management or software development in telecom domain
• Able to discuss and work closely with engineers on high‑level technical design and architecture
• 3+ years of working in an Enterprise software company is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in telecom BSS products is preferred
• Knowledge and experience with at least three of TM Forum standards/frameworks (Information Framework, Process Framework, Open APIs, Open Digital Architecture) is preferred.
• Knowledge and 3+ years experience with either one: Product Catalog, Pricing, Order Management with at least 1 completed customer project or 1 completed product development.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Able to effectively synthesize disparate quantitative and qualitative data sets to quickly make data‑driven decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar

Must have skills:

• TM Forum know-how (preferably certification)
• Able to consistently demonstrate good judgment
