Job summary

FedEx Group is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our Engineering team in Poland. You will bridge product vision with stakeholder needs, collaborating with a US-based product team and Poland-based engineering team on Platform Foundations and upcoming capabilities for merchants and customer experience.

You will refine backlogs, translate requirements into user stories, and lead sprint planning, release, and change management to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a Product Owner in a product-driven company.
• Experience in web technology development.
• Knowledge of infrastructure & information systems.
• Strong prioritization and outcome-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Refine product backlogs and prioritize features with US team.
• Translate business requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Plan and prioritize features with development teams per sprint.
• Collaborate with designers on designs based on user stories.
• Lead PI planning with product and engineering management.
• Communicate delivery timelines to stakeholders.
• Oversee release and change management activities.
• Ensure features meet quality standards and business needs.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users during sprints.
