Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical projects in a client-facing IT role.
• Solid understanding of API security concepts and web technologies (HTTP, REST).
• Experience with cloud service deployments from one or more IaaS providers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to assess customer architecture and deliver top-tier integration solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally to enhance integration and align feedback with product priorities.
• Identify service improvements and issues, ensuring quality and contributing to process standards.
• Resolve deployment issues, advocate for customers, and identify new use cases.
• Track project metrics, milestones, risks, and outcomes; coordinate escalations across teams.
