The RAN (Radio Access Network) Performance organization is responsible for systemising, designing, implementing and testing 5G software features. The unit handles the baseband SW within the 5G product – one of the most complex embedded products in the world. We are creating a product responsible organization in Krakow, Poland, with one Layer 2/Scheduler section focused on 5G. We are looking for a technical leader who will help us develop 5G UPC SW (User Plane Control) and join our baseband scheduler department.
We work in a hybrid model – 3 days from the office in Kraków weekly.
