Ericsson Kraków is seeking senior designers to drive development of 5G UPC (User Plane Control) within the baseband scheduler team. You will contribute to embedding complex features in real-time environments and collaborate with system architects on architecture details.
The role requires deep embedded C/C++ experience, 3–4 years in real-time systems, and strong problem-solving skills. A MSc/BSc in a technical field is expected. English communication is essential.

We work with the latest generation of broadband wireless technology. The RAN (Radio Access Network) Performance organization is responsible to systemize, design, implement and test software 5G features. The unit is responsible for the baseband SW within the 5G product.
We are now creating a product responsible organization in Krakow, Poland, with one L2/Scheduler section focused on 5G.
Currently we are looking for senior designers who will help us to drive development of 5G UPC (User Plane Control) often identified as brain of telecommunication system. You will be part of a world-class organization with some of the leading experts within the industry – you will join the baseband scheduler department and work with the one of the most complex embedded system in the word.
