Job summary

Ixilix, a technology-driven company, seeks a Technical Integration Manager to coordinate product integration efforts and manage technical communication with stakeholders. The role focuses on delivering timely support for clients in Asian time zones.

You will guide API integrations, configure environments, analyze service logs, and maintain technical documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar technical/integration role.
• Strong API testing and log analysis capabilities.
• Proven experience with Jira and Confluence.
• English at B2 or higher; effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to clients in Asia during API integration.
• Configure environments for new integrations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues using service logs.
• Handle client inquiries via chat and helpdesk during Asian business hours.
• Monitor production environment status and performance.
• Participate in testing and deployment of software updates.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Support other departments with technical insights.
• Join the on-call rotation as part of the team.

Ixilix is a technology-driven company that builds high-quality solutions and long-term partnerships. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Technical Integration Manager.

The Technical Integration Manager will be responsible for coordinating the company's product integration activities and managing communication between internal and external stakeholders on technical matters, ensuring timely support for clients in Asian time zones.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical consultation to clients in the Asia region regarding the company's products and supporting them throughout the API integration process
• Configuring working environments for new integrations
• Performing diagnostics and troubleshooting of customer issues, including analysis of service logs
• Handling client inquiries received through chat and helpdesk tickets during Asian business hours
• Monitoring and analyzing the status of the production environment
• Participating in the testing and implementation of software updates
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation
• Providing technical support to other departments
• Participating in the team's on-call rotation

Requirements

• Ability to work within Asian time zones (GMT+7 to GMT+9)
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Sound understanding of API testing and the ability to analyze technical requirements and issues
• Proven experience in preparing technical documentation
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing logs
• Experience in software and service configuration
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Strong communication skills
• Customer and results orientation
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Nice to have

• Experience working with clients in the Asian market
• Experience with Git
• Experience with monitoring and data visualization tools
• Experience with API tools such as Postman or similar
• Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON format
